Monitoring & Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Solar Systems Monitoring & Account Manager. This role combines data analysis, system monitoring, problem-solving, and customer communication, offering an excellent opportunity to develop within the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of solar systems using advanced monitoring platforms.
• Identify production issues, system faults, and performance irregularities.
• Open, track, and follow up on service tasks until resolution.
• Analyze system performance data, trends, alerts, and operational metrics.
• Generate performance reports and operational analyses using Excel.
• Communicate with customers and provide clear updates regarding system status and performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on multiple tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data, reports, and Excel.
• High learning ability, initiative, and sense of ownership.
• Ability to make decisions and work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
• Previous experience is not required; motivated candidates at the beginning of their professional career are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

• Location: Tel Aviv
• Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 08:00-17:00
• Optional weekend shifts (Friday or Saturday, approximately 3 hours total)
