PPC Campaign Manager | Remote (Work From Home)

Pink Media — a performance-driven digital marketing agency — is looking for a paid media manager with sharp strategic thinking and strong execution skills to lead campaigns across the top platforms for a diverse client base (e-commerce, services, SaaS, and more).

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok — from setup through daily optimization
• Build and manage budgets, track KPIs, and hit ROAS / CPA targets
• Run A/B tests on creative, audiences, and messaging
• Analyze performance and turn data into actionable insights
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to continuously improve results

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
• Deep understanding of account structure, campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Ability to read data and make decisions based on numbers — not gut feeling
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) — an advantage
• Analytical mindset, high personal accountability, and the ability to work independently from home
• Clear communication and the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders

A strong plus

• Experience in e-commerce and catalog-based campaigns (Shopify / feeds)
• Familiarity with pixels, Conversion API, and advanced conversion tracking
• Experience with marketing automation
