Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-facing Solution Architect to bridge the gap between enterprise customer requirements and the Aidome platform.

You will work closely with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to design secure AI architectures, lead technical engagements, support deployments, and ensure successful adoption of Aidome solutions.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

Customer & Pre-Sales

• Lead technical discovery workshops with enterprise customers.
• Understand customer AI, security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer environments.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and security questionnaires.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.

Architecture & Implementation

• Design enterprise deployments across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Define integration architectures with existing enterprise systems.
• Support deployment and onboarding activities.
• Architect integrations with:
• Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
• SIEM/SOAR platforms
• DLP solutions
• API gateways
• AI/LLM platforms
• Enterprise applications

AI & Security Architecture

• Design secure AI adoption frameworks.
• Define governance, policy, and guardrail strategies.
• Support implementation of:
• AI gateways
• GenAI security controls
• Agent governance
• Model access policies
• Audit and compliance frameworks

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
• Provide field feedback on customer requirements and emerging market needs.
• Develop architecture blueprints, best practices, and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Security Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience designing enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architectures.
• Experience presenting to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or MLOps platforms.
• Familiarity with AI governance and security concepts.
• Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Government, Healthcare, Defense).
• Knowledge of:
• OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect
• RBAC and IAM
• SIEM/SOAR platforms
• Zero Trust architectures
• DLP technologies
• API Security
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, DORA, or the EU AI Act.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Ollama, or NVIDIA AI Enterprise.
• Previous experience in cybersecurity startups.
• Experience supporting MSSPs, channel partners, or system integrators.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA).
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
