What You'll Do:✨

•⁠ ⁠Lead our amazing community of 15,000+ language lovers.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and run our Language Exchange Events (held every other Saturday night) and other special community events.

• Engage daily with the community by responding to comments and messages, moderating discussions, and fostering meaningful conversations among language learners.

•⁠ ⁠Create exciting content and keep the community engaged on social media and WhatsApp.

•⁠ Manage Fluent's social media pages and digital campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Help grow our school and community, by creating cooperations and partnerships, and reaching language learners all over the country.

What We're Looking For:✨

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English and Hebrew (bonus points for more languages!).

•⁠ ⁠Passion for languages and multiculturalism.

•⁠ ⁠A people person, a great communicator, and a natural leader.

•⁠ ⁠Entrepreneurial mindset: ambition, creativity and self-starter

•⁠ ⁠Creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to think outside the box.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in event organization and project management

•⁠ ⁠Experience with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

• Huge advantage for experienced Fluenters who have been participating in our events!

Details:✨

•⁠ ⁠Part-time (90-120 hours/monthly).

•⁠ ⁠Mostly remote work, flexible hours, self-management.

•⁠ ⁠In-person requirement twice a month: attending Saturday evenings Language Exchange Events in Tel-Aviv, approx. 6:45-11:45pm.

•⁠ ⁠Ideal for students interested in gaining experience in community management, multicultural environments, marketing, and communications.

•⁠ Start date: August-September
