Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a SOC Analyst Tier 1 for a governmental organization in Jerusalem.

This is an opportunity to join a SOC team in a complex, multi-interface environment, focusing on cyber monitoring, incident detection, investigation, and initial response.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, identify, investigate, and provide initial response to cyber incidents.

Work with SIEM and SOAR systems.

Investigate information security incidents.

Operate advanced security protection systems.

Collaborate with information security, infrastructure, and governmental teams.

Perform threat analysis.

Write professional reports.

Respond to cyber incidents in a complex environment with multiple interfaces.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in cyber security or information security.

Experience identifying, analyzing, and handling cyber incidents.

Experience working with SIEM systems.

Experience operating and maintaining information security systems.

Familiarity with common cyber attack types and cyber threats.
