Focus: Adoption & Growth in Existing Customers

We are looking for a part-time Sales Development Specialist to help increase adoption and usage across our existing customer base.

The role is hands-on and focused on turning eligible employees into active users through calls, launch support, follow-ups, and frontline sales.

• Call employees within existing customer accounts and drive activation.
• Explain the product, answer questions, and handle objections.
• Support customer launches and post-launch follow-ups.
• Identify low-adoption accounts and help improve usage.
• Track calls, activations, and adoption performance.
• Share user feedback with the team.

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Comfortable making many calls.
• Energetic, persistent, and target-driven.
• Organized and reliable.
• Hands-on execution mindset.
• Available for a part-time position.

• Experience in SDR, inside sales, customer success, or field sales.
• Experience with frontline workers, HR-tech, fintech, payroll, or benefits.
