About the role

We're looking for an AI Social Growth Lead.

This role is for a true AI-first social media manager. You're equally at ease creating content at scale using AI platforms (including agents) and trusting your intuition to jump into the social arena whenever needed. You're a social native — you live and breathe internet culture, understand why content works, and can spot shifts before they even happen.

This is a senior individual-contributor role: you'll guide and mentor other creators, but you won't manage a team in the formal sense.

The role has "Growth" in it for a reason: we expect you to fully own your channels and grow them to a wider audience. That means being driven first and foremost by results, knowing how to pull the right data and analyze it, and seizing growth opportunities wherever they are.

You're bold and responsible. You don't wait for orders before you act, and you take full responsibility for the outcome of your work.

The skills you'll need to do the job:

• AI fluency. You use AI for every part of your work and are a true power user, comfortable operating, configuring, and pushing AI tools and agents to their limit. Building them is our job; getting the absolute most out of them is yours. If you're not comfortable running your entire workflow through AI, this isn't the role for you.
• Social mindset. You spend your time online, tracking the latest trends and newest platforms, and you deeply understand what people like to consume across X, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Data analysis. Your satisfaction is directly tied to the success of your campaigns. You don't rest until you've mastered the algorithm — you know where and how to extract the relevant data and analyze it to improve your content.
• Content creation. From words to images, your experience has taught you what good content looks like. You create it on demand — primarily using AI, but hands-on when the moment calls for it.
• Mentor DNA. You know how to deliver direct yet constructive feedback to other creators to help them improve their content.
• Integrity. You hold yourself accountable for getting things right. In a role built around information integrity, accuracy and honesty in the work matter as much as reach. You don't trade truth for volume.
• Conviction. You sense you're living in very special times, filled with both unprecedented challenges and opportunities for your community and the values you hold. This makes you unstoppable.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong familiarity with English-speaking markets and an instinctive understanding of Western audience psychology, taste, and culture. Bonus points for candidates who lived, studied, or grew up in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our social media presence across X, TikTok, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Work closely with the technology team to apply, stress-test, and get the most out of AI-driven systems, agents, and workflows that increase the scale of your content.
• Continuously research, test, and integrate the newest AI technologies to amplify your content creation and distribution.
• Analyze performance data across channels and continuously improve content strategy based on measurable insights.
• Work directly with creators to sharpen hooks, storytelling, messaging, and platform-specific execution.
• Monitor algorithms, audience behavior, and emerging narratives in real time, adjusting content direction rapidly when needed.
• Create content directly when needed and contribute actively to the creative process.
• Push for excellence across the team and continuously raise the quality bar.
