Help Desk Support

Comblack is hiring a Help Desk / Support Center Representative.

This is an opportunity to join a large and stable organization in a service-oriented and technical role, within a professional and dynamic work environment.

In this role, you will provide support to users, handle IT issues, work with Microsoft Office systems, endpoint equipment, and monitoring/control systems, while providing ongoing support to users across the organization and working with multiple interfaces.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Help Desk / Support Center role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office, and computer equipment
• High learning ability and excellent service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in banking institutions — significant advantage
