The RoleWe are looking for a Portfolio Account Manager to work closely with portfolio companies and help maximize the value they receive from the broader Glilot Capital ecosystem.
This is a highly relationship-driven role at the intersection of venture capital, company building, and strategic execution. You will partner directly with founders and leadership teams, helping them navigate key priorities, unlock opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and drive important initiatives forward.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, proactive, and energized by working with ambitious founders and industry leaders.
What You'll Do- Work closely with portfolio companies on their most important priorities and growth initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across founders, operators, executives, and industry leaders.
- Help portfolio companies maximize the value of the broader Glilot Capital ecosystem.
- Lead strategic engagements and high-impact initiatives across the portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, learning, and collaboration.
- Drive alignment, execution, and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
- Leverage AI and modern tools to increase effectiveness and scale impact.
- 3–8 years of experience in account management, partnerships, customer success, business development, venture platform, community, consulting, or other relationship-driven roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise software, AI, or adjacent technology markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
