About The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Experienced Affiliate Manager / Growth Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing to join monday.com's Partnerships team.
In this role, you'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships while helping build and scale one of our key growth channels.
This is a highly entrepreneurial position combining relationship management, business development, performance optimization, and strategic thinking.
Success in this role requires a unique combination of analytical and commercial skills. You'll be expected to make data-driven decisions while building strong external relationships and representing monday.com's interests in partner discussions and negotiations
You'll work closely with partners, creators, publishers, technology platforms, and internal stakeholders to drive measurable business impact and unlock new growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly analytical, and excited about building new programs from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Own Strategic Partnership Verticals
- Take ownership of a key partnership growth area and help define its long-term strategy.
- Build processes, playbooks, and scalable frameworks to support growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand and improve channel performance.
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners and become their trusted point of contact.
- Build strong relationships and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
- Lead commercial discussions and partnership negotiations.
- Lead negotiations and commercial discussions while balancing partner relationships with monday.com's business objectives.
- Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations based on business impact, efficiency, and ROI.
- Execute optimization initiatives and scale successful partnerships.
- Research and evaluate emerging partnership opportunities.
- Run experiments and pilot programs across new channels and partnership models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring new initiatives to market.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, SEO, Content, Analytics, and Growth teams.
- Align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Share learnings and best practices across the organization.
- 2 years of experience in Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, Growth Marketing, user acquisition or related fields.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage external partners and drive measurable results.
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with performance metrics, business cases, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to balance relationship-building with commercial decision-making and business priorities.
- Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and business KPIs.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Takes ownership and drives initiatives independently.
- Thinks strategically while executing at a high level.
