Senior System Expert (Tier 3-4)

A leading telecommunications and technology company is expanding its Infrastructure team and looking for a Senior System Expert to join its core IT group.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments.

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and identity management solutions.

• Manage and optimize VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V virtualization infrastructures.

• Oversee enterprise storage environments (SAN/NAS), including configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization.

• Manage backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity solutions.

• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.

• Develop and implement automation processes using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

• Work with monitoring and observability platforms to ensure system stability and performance.

• Lead infrastructure projects from planning and design through implementation and delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 3-4 technical issues across enterprise environments.

Requirements

Must Have

5+ years of experience as a System Administrator/System Engineer in an Enterprise environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.

Proven experience managing and supporting Citrix environments.

Extensive experience with enterprise storage solutions (NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, or similar).

Strong experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V.

Solid networking knowledge, including VLANs, VPNs, and routing concepts.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

Advantages

• Experience leading infrastructure projects and large-scale system upgrades.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, SolarWinds, or similar.
