The Tel Aviv Sexual Assault Crisis Center is seeking a Director of the Sexual Harassment Prevention in Organizations Department to lead one of our most impactful areas of work. This is a meaningful leadership role that combines social impact, professional work with organizations, and the opportunity to drive cultural change in workplaces and educational settings throughout Israel.

What we're looking for:

Experience managing teams and leading complex processes

Experience in the field of sexual harassment prevention

Experience in training, facilitation, or organizational consulting

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead people and processes

Experience in marketing or sales

Strong commitment to feminism, justice, and equality

Heart of the role:

Leading the department's work with organizations across Israel

Managing, mentoring, and supporting a team of facilitators and lecturers

Developing trainings, workshops, and professional content

Building and maintaining relationships with companies, institutions, and strategic partners

Supporting organizations in responding to incidents of sexual harassment

Advising sexual harassment prevention officers

Developing new initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations
