Power Electronics Engineer

Join the Engineering & Systems Division within the Missile & Space Systems Group (IAI) and take part in the development of advanced power electronics solutions for cutting-edge airborne and defense systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop power supplies for airborne systems

• Develop motor drive control solutions for electric motors

• Design and develop advanced power electronics circuits and systems

• Design analog electronic circuits

• Support the full product development lifecycle, from design and simulation through integration and production

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory

• M.Sc. with specialization in Power Electronics – advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in analog electronics, power electronics, power supply design, or motor drive control – mandatory

• Hands-on experience throughout the development lifecycle, from schematic design to production – mandatory

• Proven experience with design and simulation tools such as OrCAD, PSpice, or Mentor Graphics – mandatory

• Experience designing isolated power supplies using various topologies (Flyback, Forward, etc.) – advantage

• Experience with DC motor control (Stepper, Brushed, Brushless) – advantage
