LLM Engineer (AI)

An elite, stealth-mode AI-First CyberSecurity startup that has engineered an innovative, Secure-by-Design platform fusing advanced generative AI with deep business-context analysis.

Operating as an agile, hyper-focused team of 10 elite professionals, the company is building out its foundational layer alongside prominent early customers.

Located in Tel Aviv (exceptionally accessible, situated directly on the Light Rail line) and operating on a collaborative model with one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview

• Founding AI & LLM Engineer joining as the first dedicated AI hire within the company's elite Research division, reporting directly to technical leadership.
• Taking complete, end-to-end (E2E) ownership over the company's production AI strategy—architecting complex agentic topologies, orchestrating multi-agent systems, and deploying features directly into live, customer-facing production environments.
• Blending advanced application engineering with deep foundational research: writing intelligent, autonomous agents, constructing advanced retrieval systems, and implementing custom processing models from scratch using Python.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience in high-performance Backend Software Engineering using Python - Mandatory
• 1 years of dedicated, hands-on professional experience operating in an AI Engineering capacity - Mandatory
• Direct, proven track record architecting and deploying complex workflows with Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments - Mandatory
• Mastery over modern AI orchestration frameworks and agentic toolchains (such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agents SDKs, or Function Calling mechanics) - Mandatory
• Prior experience working within agile, fast-paced startup ecosystems as a high-ownership, self-directed engineer - Mandatory
• Academic background (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience from an elite technological IDF unit - Strong Advantage
