Digital Innovation & Candidate Experience Manager

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and tech-oriented professional to lead candidate experience, digital platforms, automation processes, and cross-organizational innovation projects within the Marketing Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the end-to-end candidate journey and experience
• Manage candidate communication flows, automations, and engagement processes
• Oversee website content, UX/UI, and digital touchpoints
• Manage and improve Salesforce workflows, templates, and automations
• Analyze candidate behavior, conversion funnels, and digital performance metrics
• Lead digital innovation projects including AI tools, chatbots, portals, and automation solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, IT, and academic departments
• Build dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for leadership teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Economics, Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in UX/UI
• Experience with data analysis or website analytics
• Experience managing digital content and web platforms
• Strong English proficiency
