Talent Acquisition Specialist - Position No. 1662

What will your day look like?

• Managing end-to-end (E2E) recruitment processes for a variety of positions across the group’s companies.
• Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers
• Guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Managing sourcing activities for open positions

What should you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree – required; Master’s degree – an advantage
• 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) recruitment
• Experience recruiting for complex and/or senior-level positions
• Proven experience conducting face-to-face interviews
• Strong and proven expertise in LinkedIn recruiting and sourcing
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to learn quickly and work independently, outstanding communication skills, and a high level of motivation
