We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations to lead and scale a high-performing team. If you're obsessed with finding exceptional talent, highly organized, calm under pressure, great with people, and enjoy wearing multiple hats, we'd love to talk.

You'll join at an exciting stage of growth, working closely with the founders as we build and scale the team and company. As our first People hire, you'll lead recruiting across Israel and globally while helping shape employee experience and culture. This is a hands-on startup role that also includes helping run the day-to-day operations of the office, making sure the team can stay focused, move fast, and execute.

Things move fast, priorities change, and there isn't always a playbook. We operate a 24/7 platform, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys building, solving problems, and taking ownership.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across tech, growth, and other roles in Israel and globally 
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Partner closely with founders on hiring, culture, and key company initiatives
• Lead employee experience, wellbeing, and culture initiatives. 
• Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the founders
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion 
• Work full-time from the office and maintain high availability during business hours

Who we're looking for:

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience 
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew, written and verbal
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on end-to-end recruiting experience
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights and metrics to drive decisions 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Ownership mindset & the ability to manage multiple moving pieces and get things done
• Deeply discreet and trustworthy, with strong emotional intelligence
