Software Team Lead

Located in Tel Aviv and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Engineering Team Lead (UI Platform & Design System) managing an elite, cross-functional squad composed of 3 Frontend Developers and 2 UI/UX Designers.
• Balancing responsibilities with 50% to 60% hands-on technical contribution, directly owning the architectural vision, blueprinting, and scalability of the company’s global Design System.
• Reporting to a Group Manager, this role acts as the ultimate authority for client-side infrastructure engineering core UI libraries, highly reusable layout components, and performance frameworks utilized by hundreds of internal product teams.
• Operating in a high-scale environment centered on a React & Node.js ecosystem.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of proven professional experience in a Team Lead or Management capacity, leading software or frontend development teams - Mandatory
• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in Front-End / UI Software Engineering (strong Full-Stack Engineers with a heavy skew toward client-side development are welcome) - Mandatory
• Hands-on technical mastery developing complex, single-page applications using modern frameworks, with a strong, preferred expertise in React - Mandatory
• Prior professional experience architecting frontend infrastructures, building custom UI libraries, or developing Design Systems from the ground up - Strong Advantage
• Solid understanding of server-side runtimes (Node.js) and custom data-fetching protocols - Advantage
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the unique ability to bridge the gap between creative visual design and highly structured engineering workflows - Mandatory
