PMO

We are looking for a talented and driven PMO to join a dynamic and strategic Development division, within an innovative AI & Data environment.

This is a unique opportunity to take a key role in leading and managing development work plans, driving prioritization processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals.

You will also be part of a team promoting the adoption and integration of AI tools across the organization.

Role Overview:

A strategic and hands-on PMO role responsible for managing quarterly work plans across development units, overseeing prioritization, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless execution from requirements gathering to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage quarterly work plans aligned with business objectives, consolidating requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Lead prioritization processes and define release scope based on evolving business needs
• Continuously track the status of releases, developments, and projects, proactively raising risks and flags
• Review and approve releases prior to production deployment
• Work closely with development managers, team leads, and business stakeholders
• Coordinate across multiple interfaces and departments within the organization

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a PMO in a large organization within a technology division
• Proven experience managing development projects as a PMO
• Hands-on experience working with AI tools in project or task management
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand context and perform detailed tracking
• Experience leading processes and driving stakeholder alignment
• Ability to work effectively with multiple interfaces
