Brand & Creative Design Lead (Maternity Lead Cover)

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and versatile designer to join our Marketing team and lead our global visual communication efforts. As a true team player, you will play a key role in building an iconic global brand and driving our mission to create New-Meat without compromise for the next generation of meat lovers.

Role Description

• Lead and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all channels.
• Create content for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Design marketing materials including presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, event materials, and sales collateral.
• You’ll be part of the global MKT team, supporting and working closely with the local EU Marketers.
• Support the Sales team with high-quality presentations and business-facing assets.
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit video content for social media, campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Manage creative visual projects from concept to execution.
• Provide creative and strategy support across the organization and respond to evolving business needs.
• Capture and create photos and video content for marketing initiatives, events, product launches, and social media.

Requirements

• An updated design portfolio showing your skills.
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create high-quality digital, print, and brand assets.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience creating content for social media platforms and staying up to date with trends.
• Experience building professional business and sales presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and design.
• Strong creative thinking combined with business and marketing understanding.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
