Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Special risks insurance - Account Manager role based in Petah Tikva. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, policy updates, and ongoing service needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client insurance requirements, preparing quotes, handling policy renewals and endorsements, paymnets and coordinating with insurance providers to secure optimal coverage and pricing. The role involves monitoring policy expirations, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and proactively addressing coverage gaps. The Account Manager will also maintain accurate records in internal systems, prepare client reports, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client service, or a similar - Advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple accounts, meeting deadlines, and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Comfort with office software and CRM or policy management systems; ability to learn new digital tools and workflows quickly.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, with a commitment to providing inclusive and respectful service to all clients.
• Ability to work on-site in Petah Tikva, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and operate in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew; proficiency in English
