A leading company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale its sales and customer management operations, drive business growth, and manage strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full sales organization (field sales, back office, account managers)
Drive revenue growth and execute business development initiatives
Build and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and annual work plans
Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic clients
Oversee pricing strategy, tenders, and commercial agreements
