Head of Sales

A leading company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale its sales and customer management operations, drive business growth, and manage strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full sales organization (field sales, back office, account managers)
• Drive revenue growth and execute business development initiatives
• Build and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and annual work plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic clients
• Oversee pricing strategy, tenders, and commercial agreements
• Optimize processes and implement advanced tools and systems
• Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams

• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience leading sales and service teams in B2B environments
• Proven experience in field sales – an advantage
• Strong background in business development and market expansion
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• High English proficiency
