Position Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated PMO to join the Group Headquarters and lead the planning, monitoring, control, and reporting processes of the organization's key projects and strategic programs.
The role serves as the central governance function for project management across the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives, adherence to timelines and budgets, and providing management with accurate and up-to-date visibility into project performance and execution status.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the group-wide project portfolio.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Build and manage project schedules and work plans.
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Conduct budget planning, monitoring, and financial control for projects.
- Establish project governance methodologies, processes, and reporting standards.
- Support and guide project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution against business objectives.
- Provide senior management with reliable and timely project performance insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a PMO role - mandatory.
- Proven experience in building and managing project plans, schedules, and work plans.
- Experience in project budget planning, monitoring, and financial control.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional processes and drive stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field - advantage.
