Integration Engineer

We are seeking an Integration Engineer to join our team. The role involves customer-site deployments, system integration, troubleshooting, infrastructure management, and collaboration with development teams to establish and maintain complex software environments. The position combines hands-on infrastructure work, integration activities, automation, and optimization of operational processes, including the use of AI-based tools and agents.

Responsibilities

• Install, deploy, integrate, test, and support company products and services in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and customer systems.
• Establish, maintain, and support company infrastructure environments.
• Support internal integration activities and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Develop automation and optimization tools to improve operational and deployment processes.
• Work with AI tools and AI agents to enhance engineering and operational workflows.
• Set up development, testing, and deployment environments.
• Understand and manage software architecture configurations, interfaces, and deployment models.
• Participate in customer-facing activities, including deployments and technical support in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering – advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Integration Engineer / System Administrator.
• Experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, OpenShift, containers.
• Familiarity with: REST APIs, virtual machines, microservices architectures.
• Experience working with networking, firewalls, and access/permission management.
• Experience administering and operating databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites in Israel and abroad, including defense environments (including occasional weekend work).
• Independent, responsible, and service-oriented.
