What you’ll be doing:

• Campaign Setup & Management: Handle the day-to-day setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across multiple channels.
• Creative & Copy: Write engaging ad copy and help develop scroll-stopping creatives that drive actions.
• Optimization & Trends: Monitor performance metrics, keep up with platform updates, and find new target audiences.
• Data Tracking: Dive into Google Analytics, track key performance indicators, and turn numbers into daily optimization steps.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven, hands-on experience running paid campaigns (PPC) – Must. (This is a Junior-level role).
• Platform Familiarity: Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Analytical Mindset: Good Google Analytics skills and a comfort level working with data and numbers.
• Growth Mindset: High motivation, attention to detail, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
