Sales Development Representative

We are hiring an SDR (Sales Development Representative) for SQLink Group.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B outreach to prospective clients and decision-makers in medium and large organizations
• Identify business opportunities, understand customer needs and pain points, and open new business relationships
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and support business development activities
• Work daily with CRM systems and lead generation tools
• Manage the lead process end-to-end, including handling objections and driving phone-based interactions

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in SDR, telemarketing, or B2B sales roles within technology, software, or cyber security industries
• Proven experience conducting cold calls and handling objections over the phone
• Basic technological understanding and the ability to quickly learn complex domains such as Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and AI
• Strong communication skills, high motivation to succeed, self-discipline, and mental resilience
• Experience working with CRM systems and lead management processes – advantage
