What You’ll Do

Serve as a key member of the Transformation Team, working across multiple production sites and acting as the link between HQ Operational Excellence and site-level excellence leaders.

Lead diagnostic and implementation processes using observations, workshops, and structured methodologies.

Coach site leadership teams to improve performance in safety, quality, service, and cost reduction.

Support site Operational Excellence Managers in problem-solving and removing barriers to ensure successful transformation waves.

Train, develop, and embed LEAN thinking across site leadership teams, including goal setting, managerial coaching, employee empowerment, and guiding the change narrative.

Act as the site’s subject-matter expert in Operational Excellence, promoting knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices.

Travel to various dairies and production facilities is required.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree.

Previous experience in a manufacturing company – mandatory.

Experience in project management, industrial engineering & management, operational excellence, or operations within a large organization.

Proven experience leading significant organizational change and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
