Job Summary

Your Career:

• Lead cross-functional operational initiatives and projects, including process improvements, automation, systems implementations, integration efforts, compliance-related initiatives, and scalability programs.
• Drive complex projects from planning through execution, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Build expertise in HR operations, systems, and process optimization within a global environment.
• Maintain local knowledge resources and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  
  

Your Impact

• Execute the country-level HR Operations strategy, aligning local priorities with global goals and operating models.
• Deliver a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional service, operational excellence, and resolution ownership.
• Oversee HR processes and programs across the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective and compliant service delivery.
• Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to execute operational initiatives and represent local requirements in global programs and projects.
• Provide operational expertise on process design, reporting, and the impact of workflow or system changes.
  
  

Qualifications

Your experience:

• Proven project and operational program management skills and experience of 4-7 years, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, manage parallel work-streams, translate operational needs into clear plans and deliverables, and drive execution in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Strong systems and technology orientation, with the ability to understand how processes and systems operate, navigate ambiguity, identify dependencies and impacts, and define operational requirements when implementing changes, driving process improvements, automating workflows, or scaling solutions.
• Exceptional ability of stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, align diverse stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives in both Hebrew and English.
• High attention to detail, structured problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
