Responsible for end-to-end planning, oversight, and management of business and strategic projects under the guidance of the division head.

Bringing a systemic, proactive approach to ensure delivery against targets, budgets, and deadlines.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Establishing and implementing project management methodologies to ensure consistency across the division
• Leading ongoing planning and monitoring of work plans, resources, and timelines
• Identifying risks early and proactively addressing challenges
• Coordinating progress-tracking forums, including status reports, prioritization, and executive updates to the division head and senior management
• Aligning projects with divisional needs and driving continuous performance improvement

Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Experience as a PMO in a medium or large organization, or within a business division - a significant advantage
• Strong proactive abilities, analytical skills, and systemic thinking
• Full proficiency in Excel and project management tools such as MS Project and Jira
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, dynamism, and strong service orientation
• Good command of English- reading, writing, and speaking
• Experience working with senior management in a complex, multi-interface environment
