AI Lead | AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE)

BDO Israel is establishing an AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) that will serve as a key pillar in executing the firm's AI strategy. The CoE is responsible for developing BDO's AI assets, including internal AI agents that streamline business processes and innovative AI-powered solutions for clients.

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions while helping shape the future of AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilitie

sAI Agents & Enterprise AI Solution

• sDesign, develop, and deploy advanced AI agents and LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments
• .Build integrations with CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365, and other business applications
• .Lead AI projects end-to-end, from discovery and architecture to production deployment

.Business Process Automatio

• nCollaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts across the firm
• .Analyze, design, and implement AI solutions that optimize complex workflows
• .Measure business impact and ROI of AI initiatives

.AI-Powered Client Service

• sIdentify opportunities to create innovative AI-enabled services
• .Develop new offerings that enhance client value and experience
• .Support BDO's competitive advantage through cutting-edge AI technologies

.Building the AI Center of Excellenc

• eContribute to the development of AI frameworks, best practices, and reusable assets
• .Help establish an AI-driven culture of innovation
• .Support governance, scalability, and adoption of AI solutions across the organization

.Microsoft & AI Ecosyste

• mDevelop solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform
• .Evaluate and implement additional AI tools and models while maintaining strict data security and compliance standards
• .Lead technology selection and AI architecture decisions

.Requirement

sMust Hav

• e3+ years of software development experience
• .At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments
• .Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf
• .Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems
• .Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• .Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• .Knowledge of RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-Tuning techniques
• .Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and/or Azure OpenAI APIs

• .Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• .Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations
