Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Part time

We are helping one of our clients to recruit experienced and motivated recruiter.

This role is ideal for professionals who can manage diverse positions, build strong client relationships, and deliver results independently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• :Partner with HR, hiring managers and department heads to understand needs and contribute to building the recruitment/sourcing strateg
• ySource and evaluate potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal databas
• eInterview prospective candidates via video or phone to conduct an initial assessmen
• tDetermine appropriate recruiting sources for posting open position
• sProvide excellent customer service to both candidates and department head
• sSource candidates and build a network to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both for current and future open role
• sReview resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fi
• tCoordinate recruiting activities including the creation of requisitions for posting, interview scheduling, and internal feedback call
• sGenerate target lists and provide contact detail
