This is a full-time on-site role for a Hebrew speaking Customer Support Specialist located in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include providing customer support, addressing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Analytical skills to identify trends and provide insights
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in a customer-facing role
Fluency in English and Hebrew (additional language skills are a plus)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Communication, or related field) is preferred
