CFO - Online Casino / iGaming

Our client is a well-established and fully regulated online casino operator with an international presence and a strong reputation within the iGaming industry. As the company continues to grow across multiple regulated markets, they are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team in Israel.

This is a strategic and hands-on executive position responsible for leading the company's financial operations, regulatory financial compliance, reporting, forecasting, treasury management, and long-term financial planning.

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or senior finance executive within the online casino, iGaming, betting, or highly regulated financial services industry.
  
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and corporate finance.
  
• Experience working within regulated environments and dealing with regulatory reporting requirements.
  
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and financial controls.
  
• Experience managing audits, tax compliance, and multi-jurisdiction financial operations.
  
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance teams.
  
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  
• Fluent English required; Hebrew is an advantage.
  

• Previous experience within a regulated online casino or iGaming operator.
  
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple international jurisdictions.
  
• Familiarity with PSPs, payment processing, reconciliation processes, and gaming-related financial reporting.
  
• Experience supporting rapid-growth or international expansion businesses.
