This is a contract Chief of Staff role with a hybrid working arrangement. The position is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Chief of Staff will oversee strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and provide support to executive leadership. Key responsibilities include managing special projects, coordinating cross-departmental activities, handling executive communications, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Excellent leadership, team coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making
• Experience in data analysis tools, reporting systems, and process improvement methodologies
• Adaptable to hybrid work models and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Prior experience in education, AI, or technology sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
