We are looking for an IT Technician for a diverse, dynamic, and hands-on role in a multi-user and multi-site work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for employees and handling IT issues
• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, endpoint devices, and peripheral equipment
• Hands-on field work across company sites
• User and permissions management in organizational systems
• IT procurement management and working with vendors
• IT inventory management
• Support for Microsoft 365 and Windows systems
• Basic troubleshooting of network and communication issues
  
  

• Previous experience in Technical Support / Help Desk / IT Technician role
• Knowledge and experience in Windows and Office 365 environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Reliability and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  

• Familiarity with Priority system
• Experience working with vendors
• Knowledge of Azure / Microsoft 365 Admin
• Relevant IT certifications
  
  

• Willingness to travel to suppliers and other company sites as needed
• Availability for occasional after-hours work
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
