This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Food and Beverage based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Director of Food and Beverage will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing budgets, leading culinary and service teams, maintaining quality standards, and developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and revenue. The role requires collaboration with various departments to align with the hotel’s vision of delivering a premium guest experience.

• Strong expertise in Culinary Skills and knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Proven experience in Food Service and maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage Budgeting, cost control, and financial performance
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead diverse teams
• Proficiency in hospitality management tools and systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
