Help Desk Technician

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide fast, efficient, and professional technical support across the organization.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT support, assisting employees with day-to-day technical issues while delivering an excellent user experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with excellent communication abilities, patience, ownership, and a genuine passion for helping others. We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, remote access, and onsite assistance

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues

• Support laptops, workstations, peripherals, and office equipment

• Manage users, permissions, and access through Active Directory

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Office 365 environments

• Install, configure, repair, and replace hardware components

• Identify and resolve software, hardware, and antivirus-related issues

• Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures accurately

• Deliver customer-focused support with full ownership of issues and alternative solutions when needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Help Desk Technician or IT Support Specialist

• Experience working in a global company environment

• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently

• Hands-on experience with:

• Active Directory (user and permission management)
• Office 365
• PC hardware, laptops, and peripherals
• Antivirus solutions
• • Strong verbal and written communication skills
• • High level of English proficiency
