What This Role Is — And Isn’t

This is not a traditional CFO role focused on closing books and compliance reporting.

This is a seat at the leadership table. You’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO, a commercial advisor to our global sales organization, and a key integrator across the business — translating financial insight into growth decisions.

What You’ll

• DoPartner with the CEO and executive team to drive global growth strategy and business performance.
• Advise commercial leaders across the US, Europe, and beyond on pricing, profitability, and market expansion.
• Lead FP&A: financial modeling, forecasting, KPI frameworks, scenario planning, and margin optimization.
• Support strategic initiatives — new product launches, geographic expansion, partnerships, and M&A.
• Serve as the integrator across Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Build and lead a high-performing global finance organization.
• Elevate financial systems, business intelligence, and decision-support capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of senior finance leadership — CFO, VP Finance, Commercial Finance, or equivalent.
• Proven track record partnering with commercial and sales teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong FP&A DNA: modeling, forecasting, analytics, performance management.
• Experience scaling a global commercial organization through rapid international growth.
• Background in a global technology company — Medical Devices, Healthcare Tech, Robotics, Automation, Advanced Manufacturing, or Industrial Technology preferred.
• Hands-on, relationship-driven leader with excellent communication and execution skills.
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, and executive leadership in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CPA, or equivalent — an advantage.
• Fluent English.
