Frontend Infrastructure Engineer

One of our clients, a rapidly growing cybersecurity and AI security company, is looking to hire a Senior Frontend Infrastructure Engineer. The company develops a platform that helps organizations discover, classify, monitor, and secure sensitive data across cloud environments, enterprise systems, and AI-powered workflows. Its solutions enable businesses to gain visibility into their data assets, manage security risks, and accelerate AI adoption while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.

About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a foundational member of a newly established team responsible for shaping the future of frontend development across the organization. The team focuses on building and maintaining tools, systems, and platforms that significantly improve engineering productivity, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and implementation of Design System components.
• Design and build internal tools that streamline frontend development and promote engineering best practices.
• Lead initiatives related to frontend performance, scalability, observability, and developer experience.
• Work with modern frontend infrastructure, including bundlers, libraries, testing frameworks, and platform tooling.
• Research and adopt emerging frontend technologies and infrastructure trends.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers, product teams, and security teams to improve development velocity and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in frontend or full-stack software engineering, with a strong focus on infrastructure, tooling, or performance.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React (experience with Vue or Svelte is also valuable).
• Experience building and maintaining developer-facing tools and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of modern build systems and bundlers such as Vite, Webpack, Rollup, or Babel.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and software delivery processes.
• Strong commitment to code quality, testing, documentation, and engineering excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
• Advantage: Previous experience working on large-scale frontend infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
