We’re looking for a hands-on technical builder who loves solving problems, connecting systems, and building smart automations that actually work.

At Optimate, we help businesses work smarter through CRM implementation, business automation, AI agents, chatbots, integrations, and dashboards.

As part of our implementation team, you’ll build real solutions for real clients - from CRM setups and automations to integrations, workflows, AI agents, and operational systems.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Build automations, workflows, and integrations using tools like Make, n8n, monday.com, Fireberry, and more

🔹 Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP requests

🔹 Implement and configure CRM systems and business processes

🔹 Troubleshoot issues and improve existing automations

🔹 Work closely with project managers and clients to turn business needs into working systems

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Strong technical orientation and fast learning ability

🔹 Experience with automation tools, CRM systems, integrations, or no-code / low-code platforms

🔹 Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

🔹 High attention to detail, ownership, and independence

🔹 Curiosity, communication skills, and a get-things-done mindset

Big advantages:

⭐ Experience with Make, n8n, monday.com, Fireberry, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar tools

⭐ Experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, or basic scripting

⭐ Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or AI agents
