Position Overview-

• Technical Project Manager & Systems Analyst taking full lifecycle ownership of complex financial software products from initial concept to production deployment.
• Translating intricate capital market regulations, business requirements, and client specifications into high-quality technical architecture layouts and functional documents.
• Embracing a strong Scrum Master orientation to orchestrate sprint velocity, break down complex engineering tasks, and remove development bottlenecks.
• Driving organizational excellence by building, embedding, and optimizing structured workflows and modern project management tools across R&D and business units.
• Leading end-to-end technological projects: managing cross-functional deliverables, project scopes, risks, client relationships, and internal executive communications.
• Conducting deep-dive systems analysis to author precise functional and technical specifications for core development squads.
• Facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, managing the product backlog, planning sprints, and micro-tracking task execution to guarantee on-time product release.
• Setting up, customizing, and scaling corporate project tracking frameworks (specifically leveraging Monday.com platforms) to maximize cross-department transparency.

Requirements-

• 4+ years of proven professional experience as a Technical Project Manager leading software-centric initiatives - Mandatory
• Solid, practical experience running product delivery within Agile / Scrum environments (Scrum Master orientation) - Mandatory
• High-level technological comprehension with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, challenge, and align with core software development teams - Mandatory
• Meticulous organizational skills with an exceptional, high-level capacity for details, structured planning, and process mapping - Mandatory
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-management communication skills - Mandatory
• Prior professional experience in Systems Analysis specifically within Capital Markets, Banking, FinTech, or Insurance ecosystems - Strong Advantage
• Practical mastery and administrative familiarity with Monday.com as a project management and automation tool - Advantage
