We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team at our office in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. 

Role Description

The ideal candidate is highly creative, independent, organized, trend-driven, and passionate about social media, content creation, and digital storytelling. This role involves managing social media platforms for one of our leading global clients across multiple audiences and markets.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for content planning, content creation, creative writing, photoshoot management, platform growth, performance tracking, and collaborating with internal creative teams to execute impactful social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create engaging social media content tailored to different target audiences.
• Develop content ideas and execute them from concept to final post.
• Write creative copy, captions, scripts, and social media content in English and Hebrew.
• Attend and manage photoshoots and content production days.
• Independently lead and coordinate social media photoshoots.
• Work with content creators and UGC creators.
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut or other professional editing platforms.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
• Monitor content performance, analyze data, and derive insights for optimization.
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks and projects each month.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to execute social media strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management.
• Excellent creative writing skills is a must.
• Highly independent and able to manage projects from start to finish.
• Experience working with content creators and UGC creators.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience creating content from scratch, including ideation, filming, and editing.
• Experience managing productions or photoshoots independently.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects each month.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience working with Excel or similar tools.
• Technical background is a plus.
