AI Product Manager

We are looking for a talented and business-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping innovative AI-driven products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition and analysis of business requirements for AI-based products, aligning solutions with strategic and organizational goals.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Manage and support the product development lifecycle end-to-end, including QA validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive continuous product improvements, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Improve, enrich, and maintain data foundations and infrastructure required for AI solutions.
• Prioritize product features, development tasks, and requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Support product launches, implementation processes, and organizational adoption.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product management functions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multiple departments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or leading cross-functional business initiatives at least 2 years.
• Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear development requirements.
• Experience working closely with Technical Product Managers, Product Owners, or development teams – an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
