AI Transformation Lead

Wanted: AI Transformation Lead for a Digital Entertainment company in Europe. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid / Remote position.

The chosen candidate will hold full autonomy, budget control, and executive backing to transform the organization's operational landscape by turning cutting-edge AI into a core competitive advantage. This unique role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, offering the freedom to map workflows on a whiteboard and build working LLM proof-of-concepts in the same week. By embedding AI solutions across diverse international teams, this leader will drive massive organizational impact, optimize workflows, and fundamentally shape how the business scales.

Job Responsibilities:

● Own the end-to-end AI roadmap, making critical build, buy, and prioritization decisions based on technical feasibility and clear business impact.

● Map and analyze cross-functional workflows across operations, marketing, product, and engineering to identify bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities for AI integration.

● Build, deploy, and iterate on practical AI use cases, taking projects from initial problem framing and prototyping through to production monitoring.

● Drive organizational adoption and AI literacy through hands-on workshops, while establishing necessary governance, data handling rules, and evaluation guardrails.

Job Requirements:

● At least 5 years of experience in transformation, product, consulting, or operations, including a minimum of 2 years actively shipping AI or automation solutions.

● Strong working knowledge of the modern AI ecosystem, including LLMs, GenAI, RAG, agents, and orchestration platforms like n8n, LangChain, or Zapier.

● Hands-on capability to build working prototypes, design/iterate prompts, and execute meaningful model or workflow evaluations.

● Proven process-design and ROI mindset, with the capacity to measure business impact via clear KPIs and lead successful organizational change management.

● Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with professional-level English proficiency to seamlessly bridge technical and business teams.
