Web Application Penetration Tester

We are looking for a sharp, hands on Web Application Penetration Tester to join our research team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of offensive security, analyzing sophisticated web vulnerabilities, breaking down complex attack vectors, and writing clean Python automation scripts to teach our platform how to think and execute like a real hacker. What You’ll Do

• Conduct deep dive vulnerability assessments and offensive testing focused heavily on Web Applications and Cloud environments.
• Leverage Python to build tools, write exploit scripts, and integrate advanced attack techniques into our automated platform.
• Work closely with our senior security researchers and engineering teams to transform real-world exploit mechanics into product capabilities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven, hands on experience in Penetration Testing or Red Teaming, with a heavy focus on Web Applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation, alongside deep familiarity with offensive security tools and frameworks.
• Real world offensive security experience. Prior background from an elite military technology unit (e.g., 8200, 81) is a strong plus.
• High motivation to learn, low ego, and a passion for dismantling security defenses to understand how things work from the inside out.
