Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Bookkeeper located in Netanya. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, managing daily operations, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves working with accounting software and collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to support financial management goals.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities
• Perform bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations
• Handle ongoing reporting to tax authorities
• Prepare accounting records up to trial balance
• Work closely with high-tech companies and startups
• Communicate with clients in Israel and abroad, including email correspondence and basic spoken English when required

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience – mandatory
• Full proficiency in Priority ERP – mandatory
• Experience working with NetSuite – significant advantage
• Experience with Dokka, Mesh, and/or CPAA – advantage
• Good English reading and writing skills, with basic conversational ability
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently
