Our core is an AI matching engine and an AI host running every conversation. We're looking for someone who has built this. Not prototyped it. Built, shipped, watched it break, fixed the silent failures, the tone drift, the prompt regressions. If you've lived inside a production conversational AI for a year, you know what it takes.

You'd own the LLM system and matching model end-to-end: research, orchestration, memory, matching, evals, observability. We have a stack. We're not married to it. We believe in data, nothing else.
