We’re looking for a highly driven, business-oriented SDR who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to grow at the intersection of fintech, AI, payments, and automation.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, curious, and execution-focused — someone who doesn’t just generate pipeline, but constantly looks for smarter and more scalable ways to work. We’re looking for someone who embraces AI tools, builds automations, optimizes workflows, and isn’t afraid to experiment with new technologies to improve efficiency, outreach, and growth.

• Identify, research, and engage prospective enterprise clients across global markets.
• Execute outbound strategies through email, LinkedIn, calls, partnerships, and AI-driven prospecting tools.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule strategic meetings for the sales team.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline within CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Represent Payouts.com professionally across client interactions and industry conversations.

• Use / build AI tools to improve prospecting, personalization, research, follow-ups, workflow automation, and outbound efficiency.
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies using data, analytics, and automation.
• Help build scalable outbound and lead-generation processes across the company.
• Explore and implement new tools, workflows, and AI-driven approaches to improve sales performance and productivity.

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Share customer insights, market feedback, and competitive intelligence internally.
• Support broader company growth and go-to-market initiatives.

• 2–4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Sales, Partnerships, or client-facing SaaS/fintech roles.
• Passion for AI tools, automation, and modern sales workflows- wants to build with AI!
• Curious, resourceful, and eager to continuously improve processes and execution.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales engagement platforms.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and autonomy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
