Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer complaints, including driving process improvements

• Collect data and prepare accurate quality reports

• Support CAPA processes, including documentation and follow-up

• Maintain quality documentation and records

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and support cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Industrial Engineering

• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Experience in Pharma or Cosmetics – a significant advantage

• Proficiency in Office tools, experience with ERP/QMS systems is an advantage

• High level of English and Hebrew
