What will you do?

• Own the Funnel: Manage and optimize our paid acquisition campaigns from A to Z across multiple channels.
• Stop the Scroll: Drive campaign strategy, write high-converting copy, and develop thumb-stopping creatives.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research trends, build smart audience segmentations, and lead innovative digital initiatives.
• Dive Deep into Data: Monitor performance, crunch numbers in Google Analytics, and deliver actionable insights to continuously maximize ROI.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience running paid campaigns (PPC/UA) – a must.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong Google Analytics skills and the ability to translate complex data into growth strategies.
